• Report the accident to your car insurance company. (They’ll be expecting it!)
• Let us know! Call or visit our office to let us know the date of the accident, claim number, and Insurance Adjuster’s details. We might need some extra time to chat about what happened and check you out.
• Paperwork party! Your insurance company will send you forms – no worries, we’ll help you fill out your part and send ours directly to them.
• Green light to treatment! Once approved, your therapy gets billed straight to your car insurance. We’ll make sure your extended health insurance chips in if needed, following FSRA guidelines.

• Think you qualify? Check the WSIB website for more information. Remember, if your injury is work-related or you’re a covered worker, you could be eligible for their help. (https://www.wsib.ca/en)
