Stefani (“Stef”) Riley, RMT, is an experienced Registered Massage Therapist providing evidence-based therapeutic massage at our Downtown London clinic (423 Colborne Street). A graduate of the D’Arcy Lane Institute (2010) with a 2200-hour diploma, she offers over a decade of clinical experience treating soft-tissue pain, chronic tension, and motor-vehicle accident injuries.
Stefani’s treatments focus on identifying the source of dysfunction and delivering targeted, therapeutic techniques tailored to each patient’s needs. She also integrates relaxation-based approaches to help calm the nervous system and support more effective muscle release.
Stefani enjoys painting, creative projects, and spending time with her husband and their three busy children. She brings the same grounded, supportive energy to her practice that she values in her personal life.
