Sarah Castillo, RMT, is a Registered Massage Therapist offering therapeutic, deep tissue, and soft-tissue rehabilitation at both our Wortley Village and Downtown London (Colborne Street) clinic locations. A graduate of the Accelerated Massage Therapy Program at Fanshawe College, Sarah provides results-focused care grounded in anatomy, clinical reasoning, and patient communication.
She uses a combination of hands-on techniques and evidence-informed modalities to help patients relieve pain, resolve tension, and improve movement. Sarah is fluent in Spanish and is known for her warm, supportive treatment style.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys staying active, spending time with friends and family, and watching true-crime documentaries.
