Peter Mills Registered Massage Therapy

Meet Peter: Respected Registered Massage Therapist in London, Ontario

Peter Mills, RMT, provides therapeutic and relaxation-focused massage therapy at the Downtown London clinic (423 Colborne Street). With a background in both healthcare and social support, Peter offers a calm, patient-centred approach for individuals seeking relief from stress, muscle tension, headaches, lymphatic concerns, and nervous-system dysregulation.

Peter completed his Massage Therapy diploma at triOS College (2019) after earning his Bachelor of Social Work from Western University (2015). He has also completed Reiki Level 1 and ASL (American Sign Language) training, and has served as an instructor for the first-year Massage Therapy program at triOS College.

Peter is accepting new patients and offers flexible weekday and Saturday appointments.

Peter enjoys time with his partner and their two standard poodles, Hilda and Herman. He is an avid fan of board games, audiobooks, and curating relaxing music — often inspired by film scores from The Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, and The Chronicles of Narnia — to enhance the treatment-room experience.

Muscle Tension & Overuse Injuries

Daily strain, repetitive movements, and poor posture can lead to tight muscles and discomfort. Massage helps release tension and restore healthy movement patterns.

Chronic Pain Conditions

Massage therapy can help manage persistent discomfort such as back pain, neck tension, and shoulder tightness by improving blood flow and reducing muscular restrictions.

Sports Injuries

For active individuals, massage supports muscle recovery, reduces soreness, and helps prevent recurring injuries.

Stress-Related Tension

Physical stress often presents as tightness in the neck, shoulders, and upper back. Therapeutic massage promotes relaxation while relieving built-up muscular tension.

Motor Vehicle Accident Injuries

We specialize in treating motor vehicle accident injuries. Massage therapy can be an important part of a structured recovery plan to restore mobility and reduce soft tissue discomfort following an accident.
